I hired Mr. Tirella at Denver Bankruptcy Relief to file my chapter 7 Bankruptcy. He was laid back but seemed to know all the complexities of the law. I felt like he responded to my emails and calls within a day and was with me every step of the way. I can say I received excellent service and repre...sentation and was able to conduct a good amount of the process over email. My only complaint is that I had to find two years of tax returns which i initially thought was annoying. It turns out those are required for the court. All in all, he's a very good lawyer.

I got into trouble with the IRS. With their fees and penalties, the amount they wanted was over 80,000$. I tried an offer in compromise but the IRS was not helpful with that. I made an appointment with Mr. Tirella and Denver Bankruptcy relief. Mr. Tirella explained to me that in a chapter 13, the o...nly tax I would owe the IRS was the basic tax debt and not any fees interest or penalties. I ended up owing a very small amount and was able to pay it off over 5 years in the chapter 13. I got my life back in order and thank Mr. Tirella for his hard work.

Hired Adam after looking at options, the free consult made things more clear and I got real honest answers. He's the only one that told me my taxes may be taken and took some fees off for that. He did fight a lot at the hearing for me and submitted 3 plans to make it work. Tshirt kind of guy but ne...w the law inside and outside. Glad I did it and the big firms I don't like so much. He did it and it was not hard for me. And cheap.

I was afraid to file for a chapter 7 case. Adam made it easy. He filed quickly and there were no issues. He came in on a weekend at one point to meet with me and that allowed my garnishment to stop asap. As far as price, I called many lawyers and firms. Mr. Tirella charged about 400 dollars less ...than all of them. He's a bit casual but carries himself professionally and is very informed about the law and how to practice. He made a potentially awful experience great and I'm back on my feet and well on my way to rebuilding thanks to his help.

When I first started looking for some one to represent me in my bankruptcy case I felt overwhelmed and panic stricken about the whole process. After having my initial meeting with Mr. Tirella, he put me at ease about the whole situation and made me feel confident in his ability to accomplish my goals.... I have heard horror stories from friends of mine about their personal experiences or stories that they had heard about the difficulties in going through this process, or just how unethical some lawyers can be. At no time during my bankruptcy did I ever feel that Mr. Tirella wasn't representing me or handling my case with the utmost importance. From what I've seen, Mr. Tirella is a lawyer that cares deeply about his clients and wants to genuinely help those in need in anyway he can. I find these behaviors to be characteristic of someone who is ethically sound and has a good base of morals, I never felt like a $ or just another client. This is a rare quality in this day and age and I find it refreshing to know that Mr. Tirella is doing the right thing every day to help the people in his community. In closing I just want to point out that my bankruptcy took only 90 days from the day of filing till the actual discharge, and I don't believe that it would have been so quick or easy if it hadn't been for the professionalism, knowledge, work ethic, or tenacity that Mr. Tirella brings everyday to his firm. Thank you Mr. Tirella again for everything that you have done for me and I will be sure to refer my family and friends to your practice, for their legal needs.
