My sister and I would like to thank John Ferguson, PLC. for helping us to close our Mother's estate. My Dad was in business for thirty years and relied upon John for legal advice. Dad trusted John Ferguson and so do I. With John's help, I approached the probate court about becoming my Mother's Per...sonal Representative in order to administer the estate. John outlined the steps I needed to take. He supplied me with the necessary forms. He discussed what questions needed to be answered and the reason for doing so. The nice thing is, he explains the How & Why in a way a non-attorney person, such as myself, can understand. The first time I hired John Ferguson he forgot to show up for my sentencing in court. I called him to ask why he hadn’t arrived yet and he had compeletely forgotten about it. The second time I hired John Ferguson I paid him to represent me in a hearing in Michigan where he was practicing at the time.... He then moved to Colorado without telling me and informed me that neither him nor his partner would be able to represent me at the hearing. I asked for a refund and have not received one.

John Ferguson did more than I could have ever expected! I was expecting to pay a huge bill that my ex-wife should have been responsible for. John not only did outstanding research but was able to prove that some of the procedures and practices throughout the court system was flawed. Without going int...o great detail, I was able to walk away with a small enough bill that will now allow me to start my life over with my future wife and family. In the event that I will ever need another attorney, John Ferguson will always be my first pick. I cannot thank you enough as there is not enough words to describe how thankful I am.
