John A.M. Ferguson Jr.

The first time I hired John Ferguson he forgot to show up for my sentencing in court. I called him to ask why he hadn’t arrived yet and he had compeletely forgotten about it. The second time I hired John Ferguson I paid him to represent me in a hearing in Michigan where he was practicing at the time.... He then moved to Colorado without telling me and informed me that neither him nor his partner would be able to represent me at the hearing. I asked for a refund and have not received one.

Constantly needed to push him to get things done. Careless about details resulting in increased costs and problems. Not prepared in court for motions, so an important motion denied, resulting in additional costs and problems. Charged for tasks he didn't perform. Never seemed to understand our iss...ues and needs, despite considerable email and paper flow. All can be documented readily.
