I focus my practice on helping people plan for the next steps in life. I advise small businesses owners on a number of issues from formation and capitalization to sale and transfer. Oftentimes, my work with small businesses invovles licensing, intellectual property, and planning. I help individuals preapre wills or trusts and powers of attorney for their end of life needs in and around Denver, Colorado.
I make my home in Denver with my wife and two dogs. I enjoy several hobbies including golf, baseball, theater, music, and wine.
