My sister and I would like to thank John Ferguson, PLC. for helping us to close our Mother's estate. My Dad was in business for thirty years and relied upon John for legal advice. Dad trusted John Ferguson and so do I. With John's help, I approached the probate court about becoming my Mother's Per...sonal Representative in order to administer the estate. John outlined the steps I needed to take. He supplied me with the necessary forms. He discussed what questions needed to be answered and the reason for doing so.
