Biography
Attorney Jeremy Rosenthal is dedicated to helping his clients seek just compensation for their injuries regardless of the lengths he has to go to or the distances he may have to travel in order to get it. His determination to aggressively advocate for his clients is exemplified by a case where his client suffered burns from a defective BBQ grill made in China. To secure a deposition from the CEO, Jeremy flew halfway around the world to meet with him. The case settled within a month of his return home.
Many personal injury cases involve insurance companies, and Jeremy is well suited to taking these big corporations on as he has inside knowledge of their tactics and strategies. Before he started fighting for plaintiff’s rights, he worked for insurance companies doing insurance defense work. Jeremy now uses the knowledge he gained in that position to help his clients seek just compensation for their injuries. In addition, just after graduating from law school, Jeremy spent time clerking for a Judge in Colorado. Having worked as a law clerk, an insurance defense attorney, and a plaintiff’s trial lawyer has helped Jeremy gain invaluable experience in all sides of the legal process. This level of expertise helps get the vast majority of cases favorably settled without having to go to trial. Jeremy has over two decades of experience working as a personal injury attorney in Colorado. His firm exclusively works with personal injury cases and other trial-related matters. Over his many years in practice, he has represented clients with a wide variety of claims, including slip and falls, car accidents, product liability, and dog bites.
When Jeremy is not running his practice and seeking justice for his clients, he is an avid outdoor enthusiast. Jeremy enjoys spending time canoeing and hiking through Colorado’s beautiful wilderness. In addition to these activities, he enjoys playing in Texas Hold’em poker tournaments. Jeremy also donates his time and money to rescue organizations that help big cats, including lions, tigers, leopards, and other exotic cats.
