When our 11 year old son was arrested on 2 counts of Felony Menacing, we were devastated and terrified of the “justice” process. After our first court date, it was obvious that a person is no longer presumed innocent until proven guilty and we knew we needed legal representation to clear our son’s g...ood name. Shortly after the trial started, a development occurred that impacted the District Attorney’s case and they dismissed all charges. We will be forever grateful to James and the team at Susan Fuller and Associates for their support and defense of our son. Everyone in the office was rooting for us and celebrated in our victory. Generally speaking, when you are looking to hire a lawyer, things haven't gone according to plan. I retained Mr. James Ahern for a complicated and complex dissolution (divorce) of a 20-year marriage, with children, and significant assets.
