Jeff represented me in a contentious divorce. He secured equal parenting time and equal decision-making authority in the final divorce hearing. He also helped me to achieve a fair settlement of the property issues in mediation. Later, Jeff continued to represent me when my former spouse sought to mod...ify the decree so that she would have all of the parenting time and all of the decision-making authority. Those issues were resolved in mediation. I believe that Jeff took seriously my desire to be economical in the way the divorce and its aftermath were handled. While I am disappointed by the ultimate outcome, I know that Jeff did his best on my behalf and worked very hard for me.
