I hired this attorney to get visitation with my grandson. I asked Diane who answers the phone how much it would cost. She told me $4000. I told her I only had saved $3000. She told me that they could do it for $3000. I hired Ms. Harro and gave them the money. Two months went by before I even spoke to... Harro. She did not return phone calls or emails and then we had a pre-trial set up. Ms. Harrow missed it because she had overslept. Then there was a trial set up for the following month. She charged another $3000. I borrowed it so I could see my grandson as it had been nearly 3 years since I had seen him.
