Daniel and his assistant Julie have been fantastic and I can only count finding them as a blessing. They have helpped me in my case and am currently in the the last leg of my proceedings. Regardless of the outcome I know that they have done their best by me and have more then earned my respect and tr...ust. I never needed a lawyer and the most amount of legal issues I've had were traffic tickets. Daniel was able to educate me a bit on the process and the reality of the system. He and Julie were able to guide me to a very acceptable outcome for the divorce and have been very flexible the few times ive needed it. Daniel is the fourth atty I’ve put on retainer in a very long custody battle over my daughter. By far he is the best. He is sharp and cuts to the quick both in his court motions and during litigation. He wouldn’t back down and he really cared about my daughter and the outcome. When my ex’s wife file...d a restraining order against me for showing up at her house to pick up my daughter he so throughly humiliated them via cross exam we didn’t even have to offer a defense for the court to dismiss the case. Shortly thereafter my ex finally gave up the battle and my daughter can finally be a healthy normal teenager. I can’t recommend Daniel enough.
