When I have bankruptcy questions for my clients, I call Roger Adams, and he helps me. He has a huge desire to help the little guy, and he goes out of his way to do so. I have found him to be knowledgeable and compassionate. I highly recommend him.

With $1.2 in secured debt and over $250k in unsecured debt, Roger was able to negotiate with the court and lenders to get us an achievable discounted payback plan to creditors via ch. 13 and keep our home. It was a long journey that took 18 months to achieve. Roger's patience, fortitude, experience and a well connected network all came in to play to make it happen. And for that we are forever grateful that there was somebody out there who understood and had the wherewithal to help us with a very difficult and challenging situation,

I had a contractor who went bankrupt at the last minute. We figured out the most practical way to handle it and did it that way. I appreciate the simple and straightforward approach.
