Beth is an excellent attorney in the area of family law and estate planning. She is a very compassionate individual who works for the best interest of her clients and their families. I strongly recommend Beth for anyone who needs an attorney in this area.
Beth helped a friend of mine through what could have been an ugly, contentious divorce. Thanks to her expertise, negotiations that started out fairly prickly were turned into an honest exchange of property and assets. And, just a few months later, she was able to walk him successfully through another (non-related) litigation. She has proven to be an iron fist in a velvet glove. My husband and I will be hiring her to prepare our wills.
Being a family law attorney is more than a job to me — it's my calling. I spent years honing my legal skills at big corporate law firms in New York City, but I eventually found myself reeling from a divorce, and it was that experience that showed me the best use for my skills. I realized that could bring something fresh to family law and help ease the strain of those difficult legal situations for my clients. I wanted others to have a better experience navigating family law than I did.
Following my passion, I joined a firm in Evergreen, Colo., as an associate attorney, practicing family and estate law in 2010. Four years later, I launched a solo practice, Andersen Law PC.
I work hard every day to be a great attorney and advocate for my clients, and although I have a stellar back office team and network of advisers, I am always the point of contact for my clients.
Launching Andersen Law PC has allowed me to offer clients more benefits than ever before. I can be more creative with my billing, offering full-service representation with affordable retainers, unbundled — pay-as-you-go — services and anything in between.
To be available to my clients in ways that are convenient for them, I am always seeking new technology. I offer video conferencing, online document sharing, e-billing, credit card payment, text updates and automated document organization — all at affordable price points.
The communities where I live and work have been instrumental in my success, and it's important to me to give back. I have served on the Jefferson County Access to Justice Committee, Evergreen Rotary Board, Evergreen Area Chamber Board, Lutheran Church of the Cross Council, Video Conferencing Pro Bono Program for Colorado, and I participate in mock trial coaching. I helped form and am on the board of the nonprofit Evergreen Chamber Community Fund and continue to serve the underserved with several hours of pro bono legal work each month.

Estate Planning for Young Family
My wife and I used Beth for our estate planning needs prior to leaving our son to go out of the country for the first time. We didn't really know what all we needed but Beth walked us through the process in a super easy, fun way. By the time we finished with the official signing of everything, we left with a huge weight off our shoulders and knew that our son would be well taken care of if anything were to happen to us. We never tried to use one of those DIY will websites but we know people who have and I can't explain how glad we are that we hired Beth to take care of everything for us. If you're looking for an attorney who actually cares about her clients and who does an amazing job then you should give Beth a call!

International Law
After knowing Beth Anderson for two years, I can honestly say she is a conscientious, hardworking and a caring person. Beth is currently representing me as an International Law Attorney, doing so because she not only has a strong grasp of the legal system here in the states, but also worldwide. Beth has made what I feel to be an unpleasant legal process, manageable. Another reason I enjoy and respect our relationship. I am grateful for Beth Anderson and am very optimistic of the case outcome!

Passionate about her craft
I have the luxury of meeting with Beth Andersen once a week in a referral group. I have met with her multiple times just one-to-one to talk to her about her craft. She is experienced, friendly and passionate about what she does to help families reach a resolution. She is down to earth and easy to talk to as opposed to many attorneys that are difficult and intimidating. I highly recommend considering Beth as your attorney!!!

Excellent estate attorney
My husband and I hired Beth to update a dated will, and although we dreaded the process, Beth's knowledge and understanding made it a breeze! Not only that, but her prices were very reasonable. I recommend Beth highly!

Great Lawyer and professional
I have known Beth through a networking group of small business owners and wanted to leave a review emphasizing how knowledgeable and caring Beth is. I can tell by her love for law and love for helping people that she would be an excellent choice for an attorney. I have only consulted with her regarding the various types of law she practices. She was very reassuring and seems to be able to make certain processes very easy. When the times comes for setting up mine and my husbands will- she will be the first person I call!

Knowledgable, Compassionate & Fair pricing
I found Beth Anderson through Project Safeguard. She has been able to offer services no other attorneys have offered throughout my long search for assistance. Her advise, guidance and passion shows through her work as she is extremely intelligent, can think quickly and is direct. I appreciate her qualities and willingness to help those in need. I will refer her without a doubt to anyone I come across that need the services she offers. She has the ability to be compassionate as well as sympathetic while displaying all qualities of a true professional. I greatly appreciate what she has done for me and also appreciate that she is direct, does not waste anyone's time and is extremely educated along with knowledgable about her areas of expertise. I have had a no cost consultation as well as taken advantage of one of her no cost pro bono meetings. I hope I can find the financial resources to hire her as my attorney.
