I was facing some serious charges including assault,battery, and destruction of property. I was referred to Mike by another attorney. Mike represented me in what was supposedly a "simple case". I could have represented myself as well or better. With at least as good of results. It took multiple requests to get my original documents back and am still missing one. Little or no advice on how to follow up with future proceedings. Not t...o mention he had wrong information due to law changes that took place 4 years previously. I currently have a request for the accounting in my case for 2 weeks and have not received that either.

Prior to retaining Mike McCullough, I had consulted with three other attorneys who specialize in DUI defense. Unfortunately, jury pools are comprised of people who are biased by media propaganda, and would smugly give the lesser-included DWAI to your teetotaling Grandmother. Attorneys like Mike McCullough are heroes. Defending our Constitutional rights takes courage and conviction, and Mike has both. He stood up for me, and his strong personality blew all the prosecution's lies away. Even the jury could see I was innocent. I was acquitted of DUI.
