Gary D Fielder

Mr. Fielder is a godsend. I recently discovered there was a warrant for my arrest for an unpaid ticket in 2017. Fortunately, I still had proof I paid the ticket. The receipt from the city office that took payment. Mr. Fielder entered a motion, and resolved the case without me having to step foot in a... courtroom. Anyone who has dealt with the courts at any level knows how stressful it is. Mr. Fielder and his team are the best in the state. I will never go to anyone but him for legal counsel.

Excellent lawyer .after his free consultation with me . I knew there was nothing to worry about. kept all my rights . ended up a 1 year suspended sentence. I have hired Gary Fielder for two cases. They were about ten years apart. I was looking at a DOC sentence for both of them. Gary represented me on the first case and I got off with 2 years of probation. The second case his associate Staci represented me and I was looking at a really long DOC se...ntence. Not sure how she did it but she got me 4 years of probation with no county or DOC jail time. Gary knows law and the whole court process is about who you know as well as what you know. Gary and his staff also helped me out with a civil issue I had at no charge. He doesn't charge an arm and a leg either. Hopefully, i won't need to hire him again but if I did need an attorney I would call him without a second thought. Thanks for everything Gary I really do appreciate your help.

I hired Gary to handle a DUI case for my daughter. My daughter has a number of complex medical and psychological issues that made a simple DUI much more difficult than it should have been. Gary helped us reach a satisfactory resolution with the court and was both understanding and supportive regard...ing my daughter's issues. His down to earth and relaxed manor put us all at ease during this stressful time. His office staff was exceptional as well. PS A bit of advice to anyone dealing with the legal system. Don't expect your lawyer to do all the work, you need to do everything you can to make sure that your legal team has the information and documentation to make your case. Work as a team member and you will likely be happier with the result.
