Gary D Fielder

Attorney Gary Fielder 1. breached client confidentiality and 2. Is not competent to serve as an attorney. 1. I hired Gary Fielder to represent my fiance in the above listed case. I mentioned that I would like him to ask the court for license to marry, but it was a knee-jerk, gut reaction to a cri...sis situation that I thought might make my fiance feel better given the crisis situation. I NEVER mentioned it EVER to a single other person, not even friends - like I said, it was a knee-jerk, weird moment. However, Larimer County Sheriff John Feyen left a recorded voicemail (that I still have saved) stating he was cancelling a meeting that I set with him to discuss civil rights violations due to his belief that I wanted to speak with him about marrying an inmate (the civil rights violations had/have absolutely NOTHING do to with marriage!). I was stumped at first, but finally remembered asking Mr. Fielder about that. Again, I never, even once, spoke to another single person about marrying my fiance in jail. 2. Mr. Fielder is not competent to perform as an attorney. I think Mr. Fielder, and his office staff are well aware of that. As are probably the attorneys that referred me to him. Mr. Fielder could not (only one day later) remember how I was referred to him or the details of the case. He made several statements in writing via text message that were more inaccurate than can be accounted for by being too busy or overworked. Especially for an attorney who knows that every written statement is absolutely required to be factual per legal requirements. Further, Larimer County staff expressed similar concerns to me in a call the Monday after Mr. Fielder miserably failed in court, saying, "The attorney doesn't seem to be familiar with the situation or understand what's going on." I demanded a full refund and his withdrawal from the case, with threat to pursue with the bar association and Mr. Fielder's office responded with a refund. Gary assured us he would get Trump re-instated before JFK jr returned. He promised, as a constitutional expert, he had all the proof to win…..Apparently he studied a different Constitution. I assume he will soon be an expert in Pro Se Bankruptcy filings, as well as, a Senior fry maker at McDonal...ds.

I had been using Bob Bettenberg, who has been by my side as a lawyer and who has also been a tremendous help in the last ten years with my ongoing legal issues. Both lawyers, and Gary on this last and most important case (to me), tended to me personally (with help of his front desk ladies, who probab...ly hate me because of my anxiety and incessant calling about my case haha) Anyhow, Gary got me a better deal than I could have imagined given some of the circumstances of my case being very set in stone and more along acookie cutter disposition type case. He was very fair and very knowledgeable. He knew every way to spin the thing to get the best outcome at each moment. When to wait and when to pull the trigger on things. If you are worried, hire Gary and he'll take out all of the worrying and he will get you what you the best possible outcome from your screw up or probably any case for that matter. I have hired Gary Fielder for two cases. They were about ten years apart. I was looking at a DOC sentence for both of them. Gary represented me on the first case and I got off with 2 years of probation. The second case his associate Staci represented me and I was looking at a really long DOC se...ntence. Not sure how she did it but she got me 4 years of probation with no county or DOC jail time. Gary knows law and the whole court process is about who you know as well as what you know. Gary and his staff also helped me out with a civil issue I had at no charge. He doesn't charge an arm and a leg either. Hopefully, i won't need to hire him again but if I did need an attorney I would call him without a second thought. Thanks for everything Gary I really do appreciate your help.
