I am a former Colorado deputy district attorney. I established my own practice in 1995 because I wanted to provide clients with the knowledge and expertise I developed as a trial prosecutor. I confine my practice to criminal defense litigation. I have tried approximately one hundred twenty-five (125) jury trials and I know how to effectively present a favorbale case to a jury to maximize the success rate for clients at trial.
(Remember, whatever the situation: traffic, DUI, theft. sex crimes, domestic violence and whatever you may be acccused of by the police and prosecution, do NOT speak to the police. Nothing you may say to the police will convince them to withdraw or drop their case against you. Do NOT speak to anyone in person or by telephone about your case or situation except a lawyer. (If you receive a telephone call from someone and it sounds like the person is trying to get you to admit committing a crime, immediately end the telephone call and call a lawyer).
