I hired Ms. Labinoti for an extremely difficult case. Lesser attorneys would not even attempt and those that did gave up shortly after consultation. Daniela was great! She was involved through the whole process ( all 3 1/2 years). You will always have access to her through email or even cell phone and she always responds! She knew her stuff and she would not back down!! She is very honest and straightforward with her clients! (Which I love). She ...made you feel comfortable through any meetings or depositions, she would explain the process and answer any questions. I would recommend her any day to anyone.
