Professional, efficient and knowledgeable

Daniela , represented me in a employment suit , she was very professional and efficient when gathering evidence and during discovery’s as well as during mediation. She was fair and honest ! She fights for the people! If I could give her more stars I would! Highly recommend

A true champion of her clients

I was a recent client of Ms. Labinoti's in a mediation hearing. I was extremely happy with the settlement I received. Ms. Labinoti "fights" for her clients! She spells out every step she will take to help you. A very honest and dedicated lawyer. I highly recommend her services. She gets results!!

Ms. Daniela was good representation on our case. I have one regret with having settled due to: the evidence of tape that was submitted by Atty Martinez was never watched by our team.....and there was important information that may have helped Briana with this case. We couldn't watch it because there... was no DVD player in the mediation office. We saw it at home and I feel it would have helped Briana's case. We love Ms. Labinoti and her services. If ever again I needed an Atty for this kind of case I would most definitely use her services.......WE THANK YOU !!!!
