She will intimidate the attorneys on the other side of the table

I hired her for a labor issue. It's important to hire an aggressive trial attorney that isn't afraid of courtroom. It's also handy to have a feisty attorney that intimidates the other side. With that combination, it's hard to lose and she simply does not lose. She will make them make things right, o...ne way or the other.

Definitely worked for ME!

Ms.Labinoti is my Lawyer and fought for my case..she communicates all the technical legal stuff that I didn't understand and she along with her "Staff family",made me feel comfortable and free to call anytime with concerns. We won my case and I'm very happy with the outcome :)

Personal injury

Daniela was great! She was involved through the whole process ( all 3 1/2 years). You will always have access to her through email or even cell phone and she always responds! She knew her stuff and she would not back down!! She is very honest and straightforward with her clients! (Which I love). She ...made you feel comfortable through any meetings or depositions, she would explain the process and answer any questions. I would recommend her any day to anyone. If I was the opponent lawyer I would be nervous!!

Superlative!

Daniela Labinoti is a remarkable attorney, extremely brilliant and caring. She defended my case as if she was defending a personal family member. It was a privilege watching her argue my case, wow talk about drama! She devastated the defending attorney, destroying all of his arguments making him, his... clients and whiteness look foolish. She has truly found her calling! Would I higher her to represent my interests again? Absolutely!
