I came to Daniela Labinoti Law Firm after I had been sexually harassed and terminated because I spoke up. I retaliated, and my world shattered. Daniela Labinoti and her team quickly gathered evidence to prove otherwise. They supported me when I was feeling down. Daniela Labinoti is a fierce attorney.... Her paralegal Yvette is amazing, as well as the rest of her team. They have a heart, and they care about you. You are more than a number. Labinoti fought very hard until justice prevailed. She was my voice, and she was heard! She believed in me when no one did. I am forever grateful for the results Daniela Labinoti Law Firm obtained. I would highly recommend anyone going through discrimination in the workplace speak up and report it. Her and her staff worked so hard for my personal injury case. I absolutely love that she really was concerned about my health and well-being. Her staff was on top of everything. We settled out of court. I would recommend her to anyone. I'm grateful that she was my attorney in my case.

Professional, caring, and understanding

Daniela Labinoti, Yvette, and their team are the most understanding and hardworking people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I had a very tough case with a multitude of factors that swayed in the opposing direction. None the less they were able to fight for me and my future. They made do with th...e worst variables and won my case. Not only did they win but they compromised on many things and cut medical costs and even their own fees to help me secure my future! If you’re looking for someone who will work with you AND care about you and your well being, skip the other law offices and call this team!!! I’ve consulted with many other law offices such as Michael Gopin and have never received this much involvement and care. I cannot express my gratitude is enough and will always recommend them to whoever is in need of a great attorney!

Mrs. Labinoti is a feisty woman, meaning, she fought hard for me as her client!! This was the one and only time I dealt with her and had the chance to see her work and she was impressive!
