Wonderful Experience! Knowledgeable and Responsive!!!

I won’t share the details of my case but I’d like to share my experience with Daniela Labinoti and her staff! There were many rough times that I wanted to give up through my case, and treatment but Daniela and her staff helped me every step of the way. Daniela not only protected me against the in...surance company but gave me the strength I needed to keep on fighting! She’s not only a great attorney but a great person! I would highly recommend her! Do not waste your time with anyone else!

Great job!

Great experience during a difficult time. Lily did a great job handling my case from the beginning and Daniela was awesome fighting the insurance company. Great staff, I am very pleased and hopefully will not be in this situation again but if I am I will definitely come back to see her.

Best law office in El Paso

Ms. Labinoti’s office and staff are amazing. Lily was super nice and understanding. They helped me with my case and were always there to answer any of my questions. Everything was handled in a timely matter and with out any hassles. They took the stress out of having to deal with insurance companies.... Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

Pro lawyer

Ms. Lainoti helped me fight back when insurance company was low balling me and trying to intimidate me into settlement. I received a good a fair return as soon as her law firm got involved. Thank you!!

Fighting for the right individuals

Labinoti Law Firm handled everything, from setting up doctor’s appointments, dealing with the insurance companies and medical bills. Daniella Labinoti, is there weekends, after hours, anytime of the day to respond to any questions or concerns, I had. I do not have enough words to describe how amazi...ng the experience with this firm was. They work very hard to make sure you have winning results, I was awarded 140% over the projected award amount. She did not give up and challenged the insurance companies on a constant basis. Daniella Labinoti, is AMAZING!!
