Daniela Labinoti

I hired Ms. Labinoti for an extremely difficult case. Lesser attorneys would not even attempt and those that did gave up shortly after consultation. Ms. Labinoti was like a guardian angel sent to help me in my time of need. I was really down with few options. Ms. Labinoti took the case and ran with i...t. She is not only a top tier attorney, but a top tier person as well, with a high standard of ethics, and genuinely wants to help people. She is a very capable attorney and instills great confidence. She is not the typical attorney, and does not meet stereotypes that we all hear about. Ms. Labinoti is a very unique, and in a very good way. She is very matter of fact and transparent. She does not mislead or say things that build false sense of security. In my situation, there were tough times throughout and she consistently upheld her sense of honesty and integrity. I have never seen an attorney, and I have seen many, that handled depositions at the level she did. In fact, she was consistently strong in every aspect of the process. She is extremely professional. Takes the time to answer questions, and explains things thoroughly and makes sure you understand everything fully, so that you are not caught off guard. Ms Labinoti is very detail oriented and takes the time to really know your case. She will fight aggressively for her clients, and consistently. She does not have off days, at least not that she will let you see. Everyday that I saw her work, she performed admirably and excelled. Ms. Labinoti is fearless and is not intimidated by the opposition. I could go on and on and could not speak highly enough of Ms. Labinoti. I do not know exactly what I could say to convince everyone out there that she is a superior attorney, but she truly is. I highly recommend Ms. Labinoti. If you are lucky enough to have Ms. Labinoti as a your attorney you will see that there is no better person standing and fighting by your side. No matter the outcome, you will not leave feeling you did not have the absolute best attorney that the world has to offer. I will leave this review by simply saying she is the best!!

Daniela was great! She was involved through the whole process ( all 3 1/2 years). You will always have access to her through email or even cell phone and she always responds! She knew her stuff and she would not back down!! She is very honest and straightforward with her clients! (Which I love). She ...made you feel comfortable through any meetings or depositions, she would explain the process and answer any questions. I would recommend her any day to anyone.
