Kayla made every step throughout the process feel stress-free and easy to comprehend for my first encounter with the judicial system. I had always felt safe and well informed as to what would be the next steps or best course of action to take in terms of the defense.

Kayla was amazing! She answered hundreds of questions that we had and sat and listened when we just needed someone to listen and advise us. I would highly recommend her! She is professional, caring, timely, and will fight for you!!
"Ms. Staley is particularly knowledgeable on search & seizure issues, and I greatly admire her dedication to her clients."
"Kayla's first trial was against my client and I in a dope case....lots of tricky legal issues regarding the lab report admissibility....Kayla, over my repeated objections and legal arguments prevailed and after that it was all downhill and my client got a little time. Her preparation and advocacy was most impressive and that has certainly transferred over to her criminal defense practice representing the citizen accused. Charles Chambers"
