Relentless, clever, was able to restore my faith in "the system" when I thought I'd lost everything.

Dan represented me before the TX board of pharmacy. I had just had a very unpleasant experience in another state and had come home to recover, regroup, and start fresh only to find that the board had other plans. Without Dan's very reassuring, steady leading in courtroom after courtroom, I would ha...ve had a much different life over the last six years. Dan and his team of lawyers have provided me the opportunity to continue what I love doing, practicing pharmacy, against all odds it seems. There was once a time when I thought I couldn't afford a lawyer. I now know that I should never have gone without a lawyer.... Don't be naive like I was, I was CERTAIN that you had to break a law to lose your license. I just knew you had to do something wrong in order for your whole world to be turned upside down and inside out..... Evidently that is NOT true. I also assumed that boards evaluated each case on it's own merits.... WRONG You are a liability. Period. I truly believe God led me to find Dan because without Dan, I would have lost everything. I'll never be able to repay the gratitude I feel for giving me back my faith, my confidence that truth and justice actually CAN prevail. I guess I went from being very gullible to very jaded to seeing things as they really are.... I don't think I'll ever leave myself open and vulnerable again. Luckily, Dan has never listened to any of the legal advice I've tried to interject into the strategy of keeping me in the ranks of the working class. He knows his field of expertise. He knows how to present his point. He is effective. My story isn't over... apparently the "other side" has no problem appealing every decision made by the courts in my favor (and why not? they don't pay the lawyer fees... the tax payers of this great state do thru the attorney generals office) so the beat goes on. I can only tell you that Dan is worth his weight in gold and then some. If you have a Goliath breathing down your neck, your modern day David goes by the name of Dan Lype.
