I give 5 stars to Gary Rodriguez because I injured in my job and I can’t keep working but the vice-president pushes me to keep working. I went to see the Dr. sending me to physical therapy. Not working , no paycheck, job let me go and almost in the street for no pay my rent twice. Gary took my case a...nd helping me to get paid and have right treatment! Also I injured my two hands with carpal tunnel in the same job they avoid to be responsible saying it’s not related from work. I visited my Dr. took physical Theraphy. Again Gary Rodriguez took action and we finally get approved to do EMG to see if it’s related or not! Thank you Gary and Harry for being there for me in very difficult time! Sincerely Elisa

Simply awesome

After a horrible car accident and dealing with work Comp adjusters running me aroundand getting turned down by 1 work Comp attorney I did some research and read a review about Gary Rodriguez. All I need to say is simply awesome. All the good reviews are right on target. BEST workers comp attorney in Austin

Gary and his staff were amazing, they were fast about reviewing my case and getting back to me. They were always happily available to answer my questions and reassure my frazzled nerves. Very down to earth folks and always answer their phone and made me feel that my problems were important. They ...took care of any problem, handled and resolved immediately. Excellent Attorney

Mr. Rodriguez is a fantastic attorney; I could not have asked for better representation. I suffered a work related injury last year, resulting in the loss of my left arm. There was one interaction in particular where he washed my remaining hand for me in the men's room. His knowledge, courtesy, prof...essionalism and compassion are unsurpassed. Through out this ordeal, he worked tirelessly to achieve a positive result with my best interests at heart. Thank you for everything you and your team have done for me.

The Best of the Best

I am so thankful that Gary was able to help. He was insightful, understanding and very knowledgable. I hope that I do not need another workers compensation lawyer again but if I do I would hire him again in a second. Give him a try you not be disappointed.
