Workers Comp Case

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Gary and his staff. Gary, Randi and Harry each went above and beyond in all aspects related to my case. My case actually ended up going all the way to trial in front of the judge and due to Gary and his staffs efforts it was an easy win. ... Gary and his staff have alot of experience in this field. So, if you need to hire someone be sure to choose Gary. You will be very pleased with their attention to detail, their effort and the fact that they will shoot straight in regards to all aspects of your case.

Best Law FIrm I Have Hired

Gary Rodriguez and his associates helped me recognize a technical error, in my workers comp claim against the State of Texas, that benefited me with many thousands of dollars. I would have NEVER seen this mistake and therefore, would have never gained the huge financial benefit, without their assist...ance and legal expertise. The team is very professional, pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Worker's Compensation lawyer. They are the BEST! If needed, I would hire them again, in a heartbeat!!

"Slam dunk"

If you ever need help with workers compensation go with Gary. He and his team are great at what they do. It is a really complicated and long process. They helped guide me through all the ridiculousness that is the texas workers compensation system. They are very responsive and easy to contact. They k...nocked it out of the park!

I give 5 stars to Gary Rodriguez because I injured in my job and I can’t keep working but the vice-president pushes me to keep working. I went to see the Dr. sending me to physical therapy. Not working , no paycheck, job let me go and almost in the street for no pay my rent twice. Gary took my case a...nd helping me to get paid and have right treatment! Also I injured my two hands with carpal tunnel in the same job they avoid to be responsible saying it’s not related from work. I visited my Dr. took physical Theraphy. Again Gary Rodriguez took action and we finally get approved to do EMG to see if it’s related or not! Thank you Gary and Harry for being there for me in very difficult time! Sincerely Elisa

BEST workers comp attorney in Austin

Gary and his staff were amazing, they were fast about reviewing my case and getting back to me. They were always happily available to answer my questions and reassure my frazzled nerves. Very down to earth folks and always answer their phone and made me feel that my problems were important. They ...took care of any problem, handled and resolved immediately.
