Poorly Drafted Order
Mr Evans and his staff drafted an expensive final order that is filled with contradictions, and will essentially land me back in court in order to clarify all the ambiguity.

What A Joke
Jimmy Evans talks a good game but in the end he is a joke. The support/legal staff at Evans and Peeks are a joke. They lost almost $12,000.00 of subpoenaed documents. They boxed up my original documents and sent them to opposing council (seriously). I fired Jimmy after 8 months and about $20,...
I've searched my records, and I don't find any client with this name. Documents received in our office are immediately scanned and kept electronically. It is my policy to never keep originals, as they are always returned to the client.
