I found myself in a situation where I purchased several rental properities and as a result of the real estate crash and the fact that the houses where in an area where only section eight clients would rent, I was losing money every month I owned the properities. Not to mention the toll this sitaution... was taking on my physical health. I had two back operations in 18 months and my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. Filing Banruptcy is never an easy decision but thanks to Fred and his team they made it much easier than I anticipated. They're a great group of people to work with.

Example - When meeting with the bankruptcy trustee he had only one question to ask of me - and that was who I was. Once he realized who was representing me he had no other questions other than to say that everything was in order. This was different from what I observed wass happening with other attorneys. I noticed the trustee had many questions for other people who were not represented by Mr. Walker's office. It was obvious that Mr. Walker was well prepared and that some other attorneys were not. I am extremely happy that I chose Mr. Walker to represent me an highly recommend him to others I know with the same situation as mine. I have personally referred him to three of my friends and they all report back to me that they have had wonderful experiences with his office as well.

We went to another lawyer before seeing Mr. Walker and felt like he did not want to mess with IRS back taxes. All he wanted to do was help me file a personal bankruptcy and told me I would still owe the IRS. We went to see Mr. Walker for a second opinion and he told us that if we waited a little whil...e to file bankruptcy that the IRS taxes would be discharged. He also found some mistakes in the tax returns I had prepared and helped us file amended returns. He also made it easy for us to pay his fee. He obviously cares more for his clients concerns that he does for his own back pocket and I highly recommend him to anyone with income tax problems.

I originally came in to meet with Mr. Waklker several years ago because the IRS was garnishing my wages for income tax debt. He helped me get my income tax returns filed, set up an installment agreement and advised me to wait to file bankruptcy so my taxes would become dischargeable. I waited for two... years and then he helped me file bankruptcy so now all the back taxes are gone. He did a great job.
