This guy was absolutely amazing, I went to his office thinking I was at the point of bankruptcy, he ask me three simple question and told me I am not a candidate for bankruptcy, he also quoted the texas laws concerning creditors and statues of limitations and assured me he could squash any issue that... may arise in the future. OH YEAH. NO CHARGE!

I consider myself fortunate indeed, to have found Mr. Walker and his staff. I was doing research on bankrupty options and it was overwhelming how much there was to do and how much I did not know. I had made some phone calls and finally was given Mr. Walker's name by the Austin Lawyer Referral Servi...ce. I contacted his office and found his staff to be friendly and helpful on the phone (which was not the case with other firms). They answered many questions right there and then. I set up an appointment for a free consultation and met with S.Stasey, a legal assistant, and was instantly put at ease. She was kind, understanding and knowledgeable. I followed my gut and I proceeded to retain their services. It moved quickly from there--I paid half the attorney's fees (up front) and have agreed to a payment plan for the other half (which really works realistically for my finances--that is a tremendous help). I have already received my discharge papers and I can not begin to express my relief and hope for the new future ahead of me. I have been impressed by Fred Walker's staff and their professionalism. It has made this whole process easy and problem free. I am grateful for all their help, but mostly for them treating me like a person who had to make some difficult decisions--and never made me feel like less or a failure for needing to chose this route. I had an amazing experience with Fred Walker, an excellent bankruptcy attorney. but my continued role as responsible head of household seemed fragile,. I was able to have a no cost consult with Fred and then return with my business records. We seemed to be a team and the process was more efficient and so less labor intensive than I expected.
