Hands down the best attorney I’ve interacted with! Lawsuits can be very stressful, especially when you don’t know your rights/the laws. Mr. Walker not only calmed my nervous, but actually had me laughing at the end! You can tell he really cares about his clients/ potential clients, I highly recommend... him and that’s says a lot bc I have extremely high standards and Mr. Walker way surpassed my expectations! Kuddos to you sir, all lawyers should be like you!

What can I say? Fred Walker came through for me when four other attorneys could not but who were more than happy to charge me. After five years of dealing with a contract issue and its tentacles of entanglement, I found Fred. Within a month, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction saving me $100,...000 in settlement. Where I was about to agree to pay more, he recommended another $25,000 reduction. He got it. In the 24-hours of waiting, having dealt with this big corporate attorney and their…creepy practices, I held my breath hoping the deal wouldn’t be kicked to the gutter as in the past had happened with my other attorney’s. With a big sigh of relief, Fred resolved the issue and got the extra reduction of $25,000. Some caveats about Fred Walker. Be patient. It takes time. However, if after a few weeks you don’t hear from Fred, call. He has your best interest at heart. He may ask you to refresh his memory, he has a lot of clients, but it will be the last time he asks. Talk to Marilyn about your concerns, and he’ll either pick up and talk to you right then and there, or he will call you back. He does. It may not be that same day or week, but he will call. Have patience. My only regret is that he only handles settlements and bankruptcy. I could use a Fred Walker for estate planning, arbitration with county taxes, HOA issues and the list goes on. It’s a tough world we live in. Some things we do to ourselves, other issues are caused by others. Oh, and Fred doesn’t charge an arm and a leg. I know. I’ve been gouged by the worst. My first experience with Fred Walker was 7 years ago. I went to him because I was having problems with a different attorney I had hired to help me. Mr. Walker fixed all the problems that had arisen in my case in a short period of time. I have used him several times over the past few years and I have ...referred many people to him in the past because of his wide variety of expertise in many areas. Everyone in his office treats me like I was part of their family. His staff is very well trained and can usually answer all my questions. It is easy to make an appointment to see Fred Walker and his fees are very reasonable. I will continue to recommend him to my friends in the future.

Fred knows the law and has a great support staff that is very resposive to your needs. they are always pleasant and cuteous. We had some very large problems with another Lawyer that did a very poor job and caused us to lose a great amount of money - had it not been for the statute of limitations he... would have with another friend of his would have been able to recoup all our losses. but we were 2 months too late. in this economy if you are struggling and are having problems i highly suggest you contact Fred and see what he can do to help you and relieve the stress in your life due do financial issues.
