After losing my job the debts started mounting up and then I got sued by a creditor. Fred helped me understand what all was going on, explaining my options, and what all would be involved after I decided to file Chapter 7. Frederick Walker worked with me on my problems with getting things resolved. Help me set up a payment plan to pay out his what it would take to pay his attorney's fees for a year. This work out just fine for me. Stasey was there helping, keeping informed on all that was going on my case. What I nee...d to do, how to do it, to resolve the problems. This office cares about help people that want to help themselves get out of debt to stop the bill collector from calling. This office followed my case all the way though until the end. I was afraid of going to court but they when there to help me through and answered any question I did not understand. I'm out of debt now, plan to start a new live without all the bill collector calling every day asking for money that I never had in the first place. This is the second time that I had to call on Mr. Walker to help me with my financials. I found myself in a situation where I purchased several rental properities and as a result of the real estate crash and the fact that the houses where in an area where only section eight clients would rent, I was losing money every month I owned the properities. Not to mention the toll this sitaution... was taking on my physical health. I had two back operations in 18 months and my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. In addition, Fred's office staff were very always helpful and responsive as well from the receptionist, Monica to lawyers the lawyer, Rachel, filling in when Denise was out of the office. Filing Banruptcy is never an easy decision but thanks to Fred and his team they made it much easier than I anticipated. They're a great group of people to work with.

Fred knows the law and has a great support staff that is very resposive to your needs. they are always pleasant and cuteous. We had some very large problems with another Lawyer that did a very poor job and caused us to lose a great amount of money - had it not been for the statute of limitations he... would have with another friend of his would have been able to recoup all our losses. but we were 2 months too late. in this economy if you are struggling and are having problems i highly suggest you contact Fred and see what he can do to help you and relieve the stress in your life due do financial issues.
