Frederick E. Walker

I sought Mr. Walker's expertise for bankruptcy over fifteen years ago. I chose him after having spoken to three other Attorney's, all of which I was not overly impressed; so I chose Mr. Walker. The case involved what to do after an ex-wife left me with a multitude of bills. Mr. Walker and his Staf...f were professional, polite, quick to respond, and follow-up was outstanding. The entire demeanor was that of a very caring Staff and one in which they were there for the Client! Five years ago I referred a Sister-in-Law to him for a Chapter 7 because of a near breakdown after her husbands death and the Staff was every much as congenial and helpful as they had been with me years before. If someone needs an Attorney who has integrity, goes the extra mile, and is professional in appearance and decorum, they will be extremely happy with Mr. Walker.

Fred Walker and his entire staff helped me resolve all my legal issues. I knew Fred was the attorney to help me with my problems, especially after interviewing 2 other attorneys. Overall, Fred and his entire staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I think Fred’s rates were more than what the other 2 attorneys would’ve charged me but Fred was worth every penny and he allowed me to pay him over time as he didn’t expect full payment at once. I definitely got what I paid for. Even after my case has been closed, I still occasionally call his office with some concerns and they are always glad to answer my questions at no additional charge. I’m glad I found Fred Walker through the Austin Legal Referral Service and I definitely recommend him to anyone that has serious debt issues and contemplating bankruptcy. Fred and his entire staff gave me the opportunity to rebuild my life.

Frederick Walker worked with me on my problems with getting things resolved. Help me set up a payment plan to pay out his what it would take to pay his attorney's fees for a year. This work out just fine for me. Stasey was there helping, keeping informed on all that was going on my case. What I nee...d to do, how to do it, to resolve the problems. This office cares about help people that want to help themselves get out of debt to stop the bill collector from calling. This office followed my case all the way though until the end. I was afraid of going to court but they when there to help me through and answered any question I did not understand. I'm out of debt now, plan to start a new live without all the bill collector calling every day asking for money that I never had in the first place. I found myself in a situation where I purchased several rental properities and as a result of the real estate crash and the fact that the houses where in an area where only section eight clients would rent, I was losing money every month I owned the properities.
