Neil Patrick Solomon

Neil Solomon is a fierce victims’ advocate who has been with Zinda Law Group since 2015. So far, Neil has secured over $70 million in verdicts and settlements in his fight for the rights of his injured clients. His recent wins include a $15.4 million verdict in a commercial vehicle accident, a $1.9 million premises liability settlement regarding an unsafe hotel shower, and a $2.6 million gas explosion verdict.

Licensed in Texas, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Florida, Neil is experienced in a wide variety of cases. His expertise in trying various cases in different venues and jurisdictions makes him an incredible asset to the firm. He focuses his practice on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful deaths, gas explosions, automobile and trucking accidents, traumatic brain injuries, and more.

Prior to joining the nationwide personal injury law firm of Zinda Law Group, Neil represented some of the largest corporations and most powerful insurance companies in the country. During his successful defense career, Neil learned how these companies operate, gaining insight he now leverages every day as he fights for—not against—individuals and families dealing with the fallout of a personal injury.

Neil takes tremendous pride in putting his unique perspective and breadth of experience in winning complex cases to work at Zinda Law Group. Over the years, he has gained the respect and gratitude of clients through his ability to empathize with the many burdens injury victims face and to communicate what is fair and just to insurance companies and juries.

A Houston native, Neil first developed an interest in the law from watching his father’s career as an attorney. While taking a business law course, Neil discovered that the legal field was his true passion and decided to follow in his father’s footsteps. He went on to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in government from The University of Texas at Austin and earn his juris doctorate from Emory University School of Law.

In his spare time, Neil enjoys supporting Houston sports teams, the Texas Longhorns, or playing some golf. Most of all he enjoys spending time with his wife, Casey, daughters Josephine and Georgia, and son Jackson.
