I would steer clear of Tony Ciccone, and his legal group he works with. He will give you a consult of your situation, then send you a bill (without ever having a contract together or billable hours/rates). Then will threaten you to pay him what he wants, and told me he sues his clients all the time a...nd wins. Not sure I have ever heard of a good attorney who says he is proud of suing his clients all the time? If you spend that much time suing your clients, I wonder if you are actually working for any clients or just bringing them in to sue them? Asking for a friend.. I'd steer clear of this guy and find someone reputable.
