i was referred to Mr. Jones by a good friend of mine who had used Mr. Jones numerous times. I was incarcerated in county jail facing 3 felony failure to appear cases, a new felony and a new misdemeanor; i hired Mr. jones. i spoke with Mr. Jones on the phone and he assured me that he would represent... me and during my short stay of incarceration, he vehemently stayed in contact with my support group on the outside. i went to court 45 days later and 3 of my felonys and the misdemeanor were dismissed, my 4th felony was plead out as a misdemeanor, I received 90 days in the county jail and was released that evening. Mr. Jones is a friendly professional lawyer with a straight to the point approach to his court cases. There was no fluff or frills, or unrealistic promises. Mr. Jones was able to plea down the case to get my grandson 9 months with time served counted in Devalle and get into a work program that will knock off 2 months of his sentence once he successfully completes it. My grandson is so very happy and he is almost back to his ole self even though he is still incarcerated. He is excited about getting out of jail soon, and he has his hope back. Hired Mr Richard and regret it now. Very poor response, he is not organized and often forgets about the case details. He got me nothing (not even tried) except to just take what the prosecutor gave us. He has no secretary or help and so you are at the mercy of his memory. Made me sign the prosecutor... documents in the court in the last minute without properly discussing and explaining me what I was signing. Basically, he was all sweet before hiring and then no time for me after.
