When you feel lost and alone, these are the attorneys you want on your side

Unfortunately I had to go through a horrible divorce and custody battle that I thought was a lost cause. I had previously retained another attorney and the work that was done on my case was minimal at best. Going through this legal process is scary and never once did I question this firms loyalty t...o my case and myself and kids. Having a board certified attorney with so much experience and knowledge is something that makes it easier to rest each night with confidence.

Family Law that treats you like Family

I highly recommend Judy Leecraft and her staff. I was initially represented by another attorney when I met Judy and her staff in the courtroom during proceedings in another case. I was so impressed that I switched attorneys...hiring Judy to represent me. It was the best decision I ever made. Judy... has exceptional listening skills, she is non-judgmental, empathetic, and compassionate. Judy and her staff continue to take time to answer my questions and concerns even though my case has been finalized. I had some unique circumstances in my custody and visitation case and Judy was able to help me explore all my options. She is extremely knowledgeable, yet easy to talk to. I always received prompt responses to emails, faxes, and phone calls. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Judy and her staff and would recommend them to anyone who needs divorce or family law representation. She is the best!

Attorneys with a life vest!

I spent thousands of dollars on attorneys poorly versed in family law and hundreds of countless hours looking for an attorney that could clean up the mess we had in Austin. As out of state litigants, we were blessed to come in contact with Judy, Joe and the rest of the staff at Leecraft Law. Our a...nxiety and stress was eased after our initial consultation with Judy and further more with her effective plan of action. We never doubted her and Joe's knowledge of the law and their ability to protect our best interests with integrity and compassion. Their simple act of compassion, something I'd never experience in the past 10-years of my family law dispute; it felt that we had close family members behind us that just so happened to be attorneys. More impressively was their collective attention to detail, courtroom presence, management of our case and access to documents, timeliness in keeping us updated on events and issues and quick responses in returning our emails and phone calls. We are still grateful and feel lucky that, although in Arizona and without any contacts in Austin, we had attorneys to entrust my daughter's future and our financial lives to without any worry in the world. I'm just a regular guy who has historically had a tough break in the Family Court system but for once felt that the scales were evened out with the representation I respectfully and passionately received. ANYONE in need of a law firm to protect your valuable family assets, your children, look no more! Forrest Smith, Phoenix, Arizona!

Doesn't Give a Damn

This office of attorneys drug my child support/visitation case out for almost 2 years when it should have been done in less than 6 months according to 5 other attorneys! They had a great attorney working for them, Jessica Brown, but since she has left their office (i don't blame her) my case has been... pushed to the back and i can not even get a return e-mail or phone call from the office. Each time i can get a hold of someone to talk about my case, its a different attorney! She cant even keep her office or other attorneys in her office organized more less my case! Every other attorney I've talked to snickers every time i tell them who my attorney is. go with your gut on this one, she is money hungry and not the attorney you want representing you.

Appreciative Client

I used Judy for my modification of child support and she was one of the most down to earth, professional people that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and working with. Her staff is so caring and helpful. They will treat you as a person, not a number. She will fight until the very end for yo...u and your legal rights!
