My bad review mimics the other bad review. And I am also female like the majority of bad reviews. If you are a man, you will win your custody case with this attorney. Not if you are the mother. She is a father attorney apparently. So if you are the mother, avoid her. I fired her and she charged me... $50 for the letter confirming.

was served by this person in a divorce modification case. she had the style of the case right, but the body of the pleading was an amalgamation of 2 other cases. and, the certificate of service was for a 3rd client of hers. oh, and she of course blamed it on her asst, but isn't the atty the one that ...signs off on pleadings? whenever i mention her name to other attys, they all either laugh or roll their eyes. she's a horrible lawyer and would only recommend her to people i want to see lose a case!

Took forever to get anything done, once they did actually turn something over it was sloppy and full of mistakes. Then they charged money to go back and clean up their mistakes. While her assistant would return emails, it was usually with an apology for not being able to help and a promise to get Jud...y to hurry. Deadline after deadline was missed. Horrible experience.

Went to her in basically emergency mode and yet she took forever. Then suddenly says out of retainer money and must have another $10 grand to finish or will withdraw -- this happened a couple of times always at a crucial stage. She did not get final papers signed in court -- need more $ -- finally w...ent to another attorney who finalized in one meeting. Wish we had started with him. Judy will also charge you for copying your original docs for her office files before giving them back to you -- several boxes in our case. She charges you if you to call to ask status when you have not heard from her even if status is unchanged. Basically you should plan to take out a very large loan and be prepared to spend a couple of years if you hire her. Since she never finished ours, not sure if you'll ever get done.

She took my retainer and then did NOTHING! ABSOLUTLY NOTHING… One time She showed up at my hearing, and when she could not argue with the other attorney (of course because she never prepared for the case) she simply went back to her office and charged me for that hearing. I lost custody of my childre...n because of her lack of attention to my case. She never read emails. Lot of mistakes. Documents always contained many inaccuracies. I had a hearing for which her lawyers would not even meet with me until the night before. They drag my case out for almost 2 years when it should have been done in less than 3 months! Each time I can get a hold of someone to talk about my case, it’s a different attorney! She can’t even keep her office or other attorneys in her office organized! She is money HUNGRY. I recommend this lawyer to people who wish to loose their case. Are you? Whenever i mention her name to other lawyers, they all either laugh or roll their eyes.
