I was frantically trying to find an attorney in Texas for a case that was to take place in less than a week. She was the only one that took the time to talk to me the moment I called and didn't charge 150-250 for that consultation. In my particular case, my ex-wife violated the educational plan for our kids as spelled out in the divorce decree, changing schools and extending the gradu...ation date of my youngest son from high school. Because child support termination was (in part) based on the educational plan, we ended up in a no-mans-land that could have led to a legal quagmire, for both of us, with no clear understanding of when child support actually ends. Judy and Joe were able to quickly plan and execute a strategy that neatly untangled the legal issues and conclusively settled all problems. And, believe it or not, my ex-wife and I both agree that the end result was a win/win situation! Great job, Judy and Joe!

This office of attorneys drug my child support/visitation case out for almost 2 years when it should have been done in less than 6 months according to 5 other attorneys! They had a great attorney working for them, Jessica Brown, but since she has left their office (i don't blame her) my case has been... pushed to the back and i can not even get a return e-mail or phone call from the office. Each time i can get a hold of someone to talk about my case, its a different attorney! She cant even keep her office or other attorneys in her office organized more less my case! Every other attorney I've talked to snickers every time i tell them who my attorney is. go with your gut on this one, she is money hungry and not the attorney you want representing you.
