I am a 1st and 5th Generation Texan, originally from the Greater Houston area. While attending the University of Texas in Austin, I decided to set down roots here and started my practice. I truly enjoy working to help the citizens of Central Texas.
I believe the work of the Criminal Defense Attorney is not only to help the individual charged with a crime, but to serve the community in making sure that their paid, and elected officials are properly carrying out justice.

Joe has gotten me out of so much! When I could have been on probation, he fought to have my sentenced reduced. I’ve used Joe for the past 3 offenses, and not once have I been put on probation. I will continue to refer my friends to Mr. Aragon, and he will be the only attorney I use in the future...
