Unfortunately ... he wanted to get out of Jail more than he wanted to prove his innocence. Proving his innocence in Trial would have caused him to stay in custody for a longer period.
OUTCOME: Dismissal
The Defendant was pulled over for a minor traffic violation and the officer claims to have smelled the odor or burnt Marijuana. After conducting a search , a small amount of Marijuana was found. The ... prosecutor was very reasonable and was not seeking a conviction for this. With a Class and Community Service, I was able to negotiate a Dismissal of the charge.
OUTCOME: Case Dismissed
The Defendant was pulled over for having an out of date inspection sticker. With a Drug Offender Education Program course, and community Service, we were able to get his case Dismissed.
