Daniel Betts is an extremely impressive lawyer. He got my case dismissed when I thought there was no hope of that happening. I contacted Daniel after getting arrested for multiple felonies. When he asked what outcome I was looking for I said "No jail time and no felony convictions", though I had no reason to believe this was possible. I was arrested for DUI and possession two more times after that, and I don't know how but... we were able to get all of the felonies from the first case dismissed after I completed pre trial diversion. He was able to get the felony possession knocked down to misdemeanors, and all 3 DUI's were rolled into on DUI charge through some magic he worked. In the end, we achieved my initial goal of "no felony convictions and no jail time". I can't describe how grateful I am for Daniel.
