Rhett Hoestenbach is a native Texan who graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1993 and became a certified attorney on May 14, 1994. He returned to Texas to practice law in his beloved Lone Star State. Since that time, Rhett has put together a formidable team of legal professionals who now work together as the Hoestenbach Law Group with offices in Austin, Odessa and Dallas.

Highly recommend
Lane supported our injury case for my husband during a very difficult time, he was rear ended in a hit and run and had severe injury to his shoulder. Lane was incredible, walked us through every step of the process as this was our first time doing this, and he kept us informed regularly and abreast of every milestone. Lane went above and beyond and got us a high end settlement out of court. We could tell he truly cared about my husband and our family well being. He called regularly and checked on David’s treatment and healing process. We are grateful to have been referred to Lane and highly recommend him!

I had known Rhett professionally for years and could not have been more pleased with his handling of my car accident case. My first inclination was to let it go and not hire an attorney, but when the MRI found three herniated discs I was glad I had Rhett on my side. Knowledgeable and skillful
I knew, I could fight myself to big insurance company for my auto injury. So, I discussed with a friend who referred me to Rhett. Rhett listened to me with patience and proceeded carefully to the insurance company. He had to fight hard but did not give up. Finally I got positive outcome. Thanks to Rhett and his team. Personal Injury - Auto wreck
When I had a no-fault head-on wreck, I needed a lawyer but didn't know one. I was referred to Rhett by another firm. I wasn't looking for an "ambulance chaser" or someone who would work to screw the other driver. I needed my rights represented and Rhett couldn't have done a better job on my behalf. He called me almost weekly to update me on the proceedings, and he acted very professionally and competently in all ways. He kept the process moving forward and the case was settled in under one year. I highly recommend Rhett to anyone in similar circumstances to my own, and I have.

Glad I called...
I called Rhett for some friendly advice after my Mom and Aunt were in a pretty bad car accident. With both having to visit the ER and spending a few night in the hospital the bills started to pile up and worry started to set in. Rhett took the case and took care of any issues or concerns that came up. He and Lane did a great job of keeping us informed which was appreciated. Thanks for taking care of us!

Lane and Rhett took care of things in a timely fashion. They were extremely knowledgeable and made us aware of things of which we had no prior knowledge and therefore would have missed out on financially. They were pleasant and prompt. If, by chance, they were unavailable when we called., it would be only a short time before they returned our call. They "took care of business" always making sure we were on board. If you need someone with a backbone to fight for you
Rhett is a professional! He is sympathetic, has empathy and he is genuinely concern for his clients well being and health. He keeps you inform with open communication and stands up for your right. Excellent attorney
After experiencing a rear collision we contacted our insurance company. We were not satisfied with the settlement that the ins company gave us so we contracted Rhett to represent us with the ins company. He and his firm did a fantastic job for us. We were extremely satisfied with the settlement he was able to negotiate with the ins company. I would most definitely recommend Rhett and his firm.

He's there when you need him!
Rhett helped me in 2013 when I got hit not once but twice within 4 weeks. He never gave up and made sure everything was taken care of. I was young and afraid but having a great attorney made everything seem not so bad.
