When I walked in to meet Daniel Betts at our agreed apon date him and his partner Ben were laughing about my case. I overheard it and said nothing. Daniel opened with "I didn't plan to have a full meeting" despite having me inconvenience my day and drive down. Daniel never looked at my evidence b...efore my trial. Daniel never had a single meeting with me. Daniel told my trauma details to another lawyer without my consent and disappeared after telling me I'd receive a $500 refund. He did get my case dismissed. He does not care, but a lawyer doesn't need to. If you need your case dismissed and to feel like less than a human I recommend Betts. I contacted Daniel after getting arrested for multiple felonies. When he asked what outcome I was looking for I said "No jail time and no felony convictions", though I had no reason to believe this was possible. I was arrested for DUI and possession two more times after that, and I don't know how but... we were able to get all of the felonies from the first case dismissed after I completed pre trial diversion. He was able to get the felony possession knocked down to misdemeanors, and all 3 DUI's were rolled into on DUI charge through some magic he worked.
