Daniel William Betts

Daniel has been representing clients charged with criminal offenses in Austin TX since 2011 and has dedicated his practice solely to criminal defense over the full course of his career.  Having received a degree in Chemistry from the University of Chicago prior to attending law school at University of Texas at Austin, Daniel finds that his clients are always in a better position to defend themselves against the ever-increasing use of forensic scientific evidence with a trained scientist representing them.  Despite this science background, Daniel is approachable, personable, and a skilled litigator who has the ability and the follow-through to get clients out of the most intractable of situations and to effectively negotiate on their behalf the best possible resolution for their case.
