I will never have that loss of control again, being bulldozed while I'm already completely helpless and in shackles for something I didn't do and by people who are supposed to be my support system, really put a spur under my saddle to never let that happen to me again!. Mr. Friedman showed up at 8:30 a.m. or so for a legal matter set for 9:00 a.m. on Monday, May 9th, 2022. My ex-husband is Mr. Friedman's client. My ex-husband did not even show up with Mr. Friedman, and my ex-husband's presence and my presence and the presence of my attorney were required. My attorne...y and I showed up by 9:00 a.m., just outside of Courtroom #8 at the Hays County Government Center in San Marcos, fully ready to have the matter addressed by Judge Hays. Our matter was the first on the docket that morning of May 9th, at which point Mr. Friedman apologized to the court for his "forgetful" error. It's my belief that Mr. Friedman intended to waste the resources of my ex-husband, my attorney, and myself as well as the resources of the court, which belong to the taxpayers of Hays County. I believe that Mr. Friedman's "forgetting" to file the "stupid" affidavit was not on accident. There are no stupid affidavits. There are, however, stupid mistakes as well as some stupid people. I wonder if Mr. Friedman's ethics will be called into question over this sort of thing since I think any reasonable person would not think that this use of resources is in anyone's best interest except for maybe my ex-husband or Mr. Friedman's financial gain. I am certain that God and/or Karma will sort "Buddy" out as he should be. I appreciate your hearing me out through this means of communication, and I hope my feedback is helpful to all citizens of Hays County, the great State of Texas, and the United States of America.
