My wife and I were coming down a main road one evening was one of 5 vehicles involved in an accident caused by another of the 5 vehicles. We were hospitalised and had hurtful injuries. In the course of time and her many discussions about recovery and medical payment from the responsible drivers insurance companies, a much higher recovery payment was secured. Her efforts to press the insurance companies, I believe, made it possible. However, her endeavors also secured payments from the second driver involved in the accident. Funds we may have never received were it not for her skills. They continue to pay for our recovery and a year loss of income we would never received were it not for her expertise.
