After an aversion to attorneys I found myself in need of one during a separation. Clifford was extremely responsive through the entire process which was amazing, but what struck me is that he genuinely cared. I don't even know where to start. When my fiancés children were taken and hidden away from him we reached out to a ton of different lawyers within our area. We were waiting in another lawyers office when her assistant came in and said she was running late already 30 minutes late, I decided to look up... other lawyers. That is when I found Clifford Swayze. We called him within a few minutes of leave that other lawyers office and he gave us a consultation over the phone right on the spot. He then immediately set an appointment with him and hit the ground running and did not stop. Every time there was an obstacle Clifford would communicate with us, tell us what we needed to do specifically on our end, and he made sure that nothing got "pushed under the rug". He examined every piece of paperwork sent by the children's mothers lawyer, and when something did not look right he would fix the issue and fight for the rights of a father. He made sure that both sides of the story were told in an honest way to make sure that our judge was given to truth with evidence. Clifford is honest, answers all questions, and helped make this two year old process finally end with both parents receiving the same rights to their children. I highly recommend Clifford to everyone because every parent mother or father does deserve the same exact rights to your children and not to be controlled by the other.

Cliff represented me during both my divorce and criminal court cases and did so with the upmost respect to both me and the other parties involved. He would take the time to review the cases with me on a level that was easily understandable and in a manner that showed respect to the process and to my... dignity during the year long process of working through both of my complex cases. Never was the time where I felt things were "out of control" or not well managed. All during this time Cliff was personable enough to "check in" with my daughter who was also affected by these cases which shows a true caring nature IMO. I could not say enough positive comments to reflect how amazing I personally feel Cliff's character and courtroom ability deserve. However I can say this he managed to get a favorable outcome on my criminal case by working up to the VERY LAST MOMENT before my sentencing appearance to get the courts to recommend a lesser sentence than what was offered previously by the DA office. And with his sheer determination to see justice and with his relationship with Williamson County Court room officials he was able to work towards that outcome. I would 100% recommend Cliff Swayze to anyone to include my closest of friends if they should need a quality attorney at law.

Hiring Cliff was the best decision we ever made. When my daughter was slapped with a protective order, we looked around and we were lucky enough to find Cliff. He was honest and explained the process very clearly to us. Protective orders are very hard to fight as most courts just rubber stamp the...m, but Cliff was able to get get us into an outcome that was most favorable and allowed my daughters life to continue unburdened by this situation.
