Tyler Pennington graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Social Psychology from Park University in 2006. Upon graduation he attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law where he graduated in 2010. While attending law school Mr. Pennington interned for the Missouri State Public Defender where he helped indigent individuals gain proper legal representation in felony criminal cases. During his time with public defender he worked a felony trial which resulted in a jury verdict of not-guilty and also 2nd chaired a case in which he helped their client gain a dismissal of a serious felony offense. Tyler also spent two semesters in the Child and Family Services Clinic where he represented individuals who could not afford attorneys in a variety of family law matters. He received the award of 2010 Most Outstanding Clinic Student for his work in the clinic. Mr. Pennington also served as the Secretary and subsequently as the President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society in law school.
Tyler was licensed to practice law in Texas in May 2011 and since becoming licensed he has worked on a variety of family, criminal, juvenile, business and entertainment law matters. He is dedicated to ensuring that individuals from all walks of life receive quality legal representation.
