Having never been in trouble with the law and catching a DWI was the scariest and most shameful moment of my life. I honestly can't say enough great things about her. On a couple of occasions I had to text her for reassurance. I felt that I needed to be more worried or anxious after seeing all the hell everyone else was dealing with. She honestly made this horrible situation so painless. The occasional joke through text plus always being "in the know" about my case, made me feel as if I wasn't just another $ client $. That feeling alone, I will forever be grateful for. Jo went out of her way to always make sure I was informed and also made sure my family was informed at all times. She genuinely cares about her clients and her cases going above and beyond the call of duty. Once my case was won she picked me up from the detention center and even treated me to dinner.... Amongst the legal situation I was in, I was anything but hopeful. Jo made it clear that she was going to do everything she could to help me. I am a fully tattoo covered 21 year old whom most people assume is up to no good at first glance, Jo did nothing of the sort.
