About David
Biography
David N. Brown attended the University of Texas at Austin where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Government, with minors in both Spanish and History. From there, he earned his Juris Doctorate from the J. Rueben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University.
After three long winters in Utah, and graduation, David and his family returned to central Texas where he spent the first 7 years of his career working for the Williamson County Attorney’s Office. While there, David handled thousands of cases including multiple criminal and civil jury trials and countless trials before the Court. During that time David was recognized for his work product by multiple organizations, including:
2011 Victim Advocacy Board – Victim Assistant Award
2013 Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center – Prosecution MVP
2014 Williamson County Bar Association – Young Lawyer of the Year
2016 Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center – Prosecution MVP
David and Sean founded Fifield Brown Law in January of 2019. David handles cases involving criminal defense, CPS litigation and family law matters involving grandparents seeking custody of their grandchildren to avoid CPS involvement.

Blew my expectations!
Received a cite and release for a POM charge and David Brown blew my expectations. His prosecutor background gave us an insight to the judicial system, as soon as I met him I knew I could trust him. Highly, highly recommend him!
